KIWI & LIME SORBET

Equipment
- Chopping board & knife
- Food processor or blender
- Container to store sorbet in freezer if needed

Ingredients
- 9 Kiwis
- 2 Limes (zest and juice)
- 150ml Volvic Touch of Fruit Kiwi & Lime flavoured water
- 2 tbsp Liquid Sweetener (Maple Syrup, Agave or Honey)
- Optional: 1-2 tsp Matcha (enhances the green colour but doesn’t affect the taste)

Method
- Peel and slice your kiwis then spread out on a baking sheet or place them in a zip-lock bag and freeze for at least 3 hours.
- Once your kiwis are frozen, add them to a blender or food processor along with the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth (alternatively you can use a hand blender).
- Serve immediately or freeze for a little longer if you prefer.
- Store leftovers in a freezer-safe container and leave to thaw for 15-30 minutes before eating.
