Source protection isn't all we get up to. We have made a commitment to reduce our carbon footprint by 40%* between 2008 and 2012. And the good news is that we have already achieved a 34% reduction through light-weighting our bottles and incorporating recycled plastics into our packaging.

Volvic’s unique protected ecosystem is what makes the water so special so it’s not surprising that we put a lot of effort into looking after it. Not only is our water protected by 200m of Volvic rock so it's naturally pure, we also actively protect the environment of our Volvic source by collaborating with local communities to ensure the preservation of land and biodiversity around it.

While you probably can't see the difference, these bottles are made in a revolutionary new way, with 20% of the plastic made from sugar cane waste, a renewable plant source. The bottles lower our carbon footprint* and perfectly protect the volcano filtered quality inside! And the good news is they're still 100% recyclable
